Pictures of the YA6 as I was building it. I used 1",3/4" and 5/8" tubing brazed with Eutectic 16 rod. I like the look of large tubes but could have made it with all 3/4" and 5/8" and it would have been strong enough.

The motor hangs under the frame and the SA mount is a separate assembly that bolts onto the motor.

The Headstock is a thin walled tube and I make bearing mounts that epoxy into the tube. The jig is adjustable from 20 to 30 degrees of rake.

The top motor mounts were fabricated first and mounted into the jig.
